Meet Dr. Ravi Agarwal

Ravi Agarwal, M.D., is honored to serve the San Francisco Bay Area community he calls home. He values RSC’s patient-centered approach and commitment to innovation in fertility treatment.

Dr. Agarwal completed his Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) residency at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Massachusetts General Hospital, and Harvard Medical School in Boston. After residency, he returned to California for a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI) at his alma mater USC Keck School of Medicine.

Dr. Agarwal’s clinical expertise includes fertility preservation and egg freezing, recurrent pregnancy loss, and polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). He is particularly interested in how diet and exercise affect fertility and pregnancy. His dedication to advancing the field is evident in his research contributions. He has presented research and delivered lectures at national conferences about outcomes with egg and embryo freezing.

Dr. Agarwal prides himself in always being there for his patients and making himself available for a visit or call at our San Ramon location.

Outside of work, he enjoys golf, hiking, surfing, and camping. A dedicated sports fan, he roots for the Golden State Warriors but has a soft spot for the Boston Celtics after his time in Massachusetts. Currently, he is training for his next marathon and perfecting the art of brewing the perfect cup of coffee.

Dr. Agarwal and his entire team at Reproductive Science Center are extraordinary. Truly such an exceptional and high level of care. I am so grateful and thankful.

Dr. Agarwal was fantastic! I’m very sensitive and had a traumatic experience in the past—he was gentle and walked me through everything, with kindness and humor. Excellent experience.

I had a fantastic experience working with Dr. Agarwal during my fertility treatments. I always felt well informed of my options and very supported throughout the process. I highly recommend Dr. Agarwal and RSC!

Working with Dr. Agarwal was truly a dream come true. From the first time we spoke, I knew that I would be in good hands. It’s truly hard to find a doctor that not only makes you feel seen and heard, but also genuinely cares about you and your success.

Dr. Agarwal is truly outstanding. I love the way he explains things to me and the care he takes making sure that I understand the process at each step.
