Meet Charlene Chang

Charlene Chang earned both her Bachelor of Science and her Master of Science in nursing at Azusa Pacific University. During her graduate program, she was a member of the Sigma Theta Tau international honors society of nursing. She completed her master’s with an Outstanding Graduate Award and became a board-certified, licensed family nurse practitioner (FNP-BC).

Charlene has over 10 years of nursing experience in a variety of departments including urgent care, emergency and cardiovascular. She earned certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS) and as a medical examiner.

Working in the field of fertility, she values developing personal relationships with patients and helping them through their journey with the use of innovative science and technology. She specializes in baseline sonograms, saline sonograms, mock embryo transfers, antral follicle counts, intrauterine insemination (IUI) and early obstetric sonogram.

She chose this area of medicine partly because of the advanced reproductive technologies available to help so many people be parents. Charlene understands that the experience can be complicated and emotional for patients, and aims to connect with patients to best help them achieve their dreams of growing a family.

Charlene is fluent in written and spoken Mandarin Chinese and English. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.

Outside of his practice, Dr. Harris is a former NCAA scholarship soccer player and proudly embraces his Jamaican heritage. He enjoys staying active and sharing his love for Jamaican cuisine with family and friends, bringing the same warmth and connection to his personal life that he offers his patients.

Dr. Harris is thrilled to be part of the team at the Los Gatos clinic, where he serves the San Francisco Bay Area community with dedication and expertise.

I have a wonderful sense of security and pride knowing that I am raising my family on my own and do not need to worry about being dependent on anyone else for our survival and well-being. RSC is a place of hope where one enters as an individual and leaves as a family.
