Meet Dr. Malinda Lee

Malinda Lee, M.D., MBA, brings exceptional expertise and compassion to her role as a reproductive endocrinologist. She earned both her medical degree from Harvard Medical School and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School in the same year. Dr. Lee completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Massachusetts General Hospital, followed by a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Brigham and Women’s Hospital. 

Dr. Lee specializes in fertility preservation, egg donation, and preimplantation genetic testing for aneuploidy (PGT-A). She is drawn to reproductive endocrinology for its unique blend of cutting-edge technology and the opportunity to form deep, meaningful relationships with her patients.  

Her approach to care is rooted in trust, empathy, and personalization. By thoroughly understanding each patient’s history, circumstances, and goals, she creates customized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs. Dr. Lee’s ability to listen with compassion and an open mind fosters a safe and supportive environment, empowering her patients to make informed decisions about their care. 

Originally from the East Bay Area, Dr. Lee returned to her California roots after spending 12 years in Boston pursuing education and training. She provides patient care at RSC’s Los Gatos location.
