Meet Anny Chen

Anny Chen earned her Bachelor of Arts in Molecular and Cell Biology from UC Berkeley in Berkeley, California, and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Samuel Merritt University in Oakland, California. She went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing at San Jose State University in San Jose, California.

Before joining RSC, Anny built her career around reproductive and women’s health, beginning as a fertility nurse before expanding her experience into OB/GYN, primary care, and advanced practice settings. These roles gave her a broad foundation in supporting patients across many stages of their reproductive journey.

Anny joined RSC in 2025 and provides care at the Los Gatos and Menlo Park locations. She is a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) and specializes in baseline sonograms, saline sonograms, mock embryo transfers, antral follicle counts, intrauterine insemination (IUI), endometrial biopsies, and early obstetric sonograms.

She chose reproductive medicine for her deep appreciation of reproductive anatomy and physiology and the opportunity to deliver deeply personal care. Anny is passionate about educating patients about their bodies, helping them understand their options, and empowering them to make informed decisions as they navigate their family-building journey. She takes pride in being her patients’ biggest cheerleader — and in celebrating every milestone alongside them.

Anny is fluent in Mandarin. Outside of work, she enjoys weightlifting, embracing the challenge of building strength, discipline, and consistency one day at a time.

Outside of his practice, Dr. Harris is a former NCAA scholarship soccer player and proudly embraces his Jamaican heritage. He enjoys staying active and sharing his love for Jamaican cuisine with family and friends, bringing the same warmth and connection to his personal life that he offers his patients.

Dr. Harris is thrilled to be part of the team at the Los Gatos clinic, where he serves the San Francisco Bay Area community with dedication and expertise.

I’m so incredibly grateful to Dr. Eisman and the entire team at RSC for helping make our dream of starting a family come true. After going through the IVF process, I can confidently say I felt supported, informed, and genuinely cared for every step of the way. I highly recommend RSC and Dr. Eisman.

I have a wonderful sense of security and pride knowing that I am raising my family on my own and do not need to worry about being dependent on anyone else for our survival and well-being. RSC is a place of hope where one enters as an individual and leaves as a family.
