Ricarda Sawatzki, MSN, RN, FNP-C, earned her Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Mills College in Oakland, California. She went on to complete her Registered Nursing degree and Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, at Samuel Merritt University in California.
Before joining RSC, Ricarda worked as a Pediatric Clinical Trial Coordinator in the Hematology/Oncology Department. She supported clinical trials for patients living with Sickle Cell Disease and Thalassemia—an experience that strengthened her dedication to compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals navigating complex medical journeys.
Since joining RSC in April 2025, Ricarda’s responsibilities include counseling patients on various fertility treatments, performing monitoring and baseline ultrasounds for fertility preservation and treatment cycles, and completing intrauterine inseminations (IUI), endometrial biopsies, mock embryo transfers, Saline Sonograms, and more.
Ricarda currently cares for patients as a Nurse Practitioner at RSC’s Oakland and San Ramon locations. In her free time, she enjoys high-intensity workouts and taking short weekend trips around the Bay Area.
