Kaia Schwartz, M.D., joins Reproductive Science Center of the San Francisco Bay Area following her fellowship training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the University of California San Francisco. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Cleveland, Ohio, where she received the Tommaso Falcone Award for Excellence in REI and the Resident Teaching Award.
She enjoys applying a patient-centered and individualized approach to the full breadth of reproductive care. She has a particular interest in caring for patients with endometriosis, PMOS (formerly PCOS), and recurrent pregnancy loss. She also has expertise in uterine evaluation and the treatment of conditions such as intrauterine scar tissue (Asherman syndrome), thin endometrial lining, and fibroids. Dr. Schwartz is proud to provide care for the LGBTQIA+ community.”
Dr. Schwartz approaches care with the belief that listening is the foundation of good medicine. She creates a space where patients can openly share their concerns, frustrations, and questions—and from that understanding, works with each person to find a path that fits their life. Whether a patient is navigating a first fertility consultation, exploring egg freezing, or managing a complex diagnosis, Dr. Schwartz’s goal is to make each stage of the process clear and grounded in each person’s unique circumstances.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Schwartz spends time with her husband and daughter exploring trails throughout the Bay Area. She’s an avid volleyball player, collector of wine, and regular at live music shows—and she brings the same warmth and groundedness to every patient visit.
