After six cycles of timed intercourse, Jessica and Antonio turned to IUI with Dr. Ravi Agarwal at RSC — and got the call they’d been waiting for in December 2024.

We started trying to have a baby right after we got married in July 2022. We tried for about a year and a half before seeking fertility treatments. A friend who had done some research recommended RSC. We started treatment in May 2024.
Finding fertility care at RSC
We started with medicated timed intercourse. Dr. Ravi Agarwal listened to all my concerns and when I felt like something wasn’t working, he was always willing to try something new and reassure me that we would have our baby. I never had any question that there was a baby in our future.
After six cycles of timed intercourse, we decided to move on to intrauterine insemination (IUI). I had an HSG test in October 2024 to make sure I didn’t have a blocked tube. I had so much hope after that.
The call we’d been waiting for
We went in for our IUI in November 2024. In December we got the best phone call we’ve ever gotten — it was Dr. Agarwal calling to tell us we did it. We were pregnant. We were shocked and so happy that our first IUI had been successful. That Christmas we had the best time ever telling our friends and family that we were expecting.
Levi John was born in August 2025, and he has been the best thing that has ever happened to us. We are so grateful to Dr. Agarwal and his whole team.
