Care Team Program Offers Patients Ease of Treatment, Piece of Mind

Reproductive Science Center launches care team program, providing a team approach to personal and convenient care

San Francisco East Bay, CA (July 26, 2012) – Reproductive Science Center is proud to announce the Care Team Program for patients.

In an effort to provide unparalleled customer service, all patients will be assigned a “Care Team” consisting of a Reproductive Science Center physician, financial counselor, registered nurse team lead or case manager, and two M.A. additional case managers.

Patients can enjoy the ease of an informed team and a readily available resource for information on treatment plans, financial inquiries, and appointment information. A Care Team member will always be available during the week, on weekends and on holidays.

To improve patient communication and access, call center staff has also been increased to ensure personalized care. Text and email appointment reminders will also be available.

“Fertility treatment can be a difficult process for couples,” says Dr. Louis Weckstein, medical director of Reproductive Science Center. “We want to make each facet of treatment as easy as possible for patients, while providing superior customer service.”
