2022 California Corks with Cade
Reproductive Science Center of the San Francisco Bay Area is proud to announce that we are once again the presenting sponsor of the California Corks with Cade infertility treatment and adoption fundraising event. This year’s in-person event will take place on Saturday, Sept. 17, 2022.
This is RSC’s fifth year as a Corks with Cade sponsor. In 2021 we raised $19,300 altogether. Our 2022 fundraising goal is $25,000.
Celebration details
This year’s celebration benefits the Tinina Q. Cade Foundation (TQCF). For the expected 125+ attendees, there will be a wine tasting, food trucks, a silent auction and a DJ. As always, we will also honor the leaders whose work has helped families that have experienced infertility.
We are especially pleased to be highlighting this year’s Family Building Champion: case manager DevRonne Houston, who started with RSC as a medical assistant 17 years ago.
Where: Dante Robere Vineyards in Livermore, CA
When: Saturday, Sept. 17, 2022, from 6 – 9 p.m.
Cost: Tickets cost $50 and include the wine tasting, one wine glass and a food truck voucher.
This fundraising event helps families with infertility grow
All of the proceeds from the Corks with Cade event will go toward the Tinina Q. Cade Foundation’s Family Building Grants. These funds are allocated for the costs of infertility treatments or adoption.
Featured grant recipient: The Ramirez family
2019’s winner of the Tinina Q. Cade Foundation’s Family Building Grant was Jenafer Ramirez of Sacramento. Jenafer and her partner tried to conceive naturally for several years without success. After applying for and being awarded the Family Building Grant, her second round of in vitro fertilization (IVF) was successful.
In October of 2020 they welcomed their son, R.J. She is incredibly grateful to the Cade Foundation and RSC for all of their continued support, time and attention.
